    im 22 and my weight is 58... iv been workin for more than 1nd a haly years now... i'v got considerable development.. i wana increase my body mass.. how to do it.. and also tell me how to increase d biceps more... whether it can be achieved only by addin more weight while workout or thro tricky workouts???? help me out bro...

    I follow the below routine,am I over training my triceps by working out for shoulders and chest on simultaneous days? As I presume triceps get worked out along with these body parts as well.

    Please correct the routine if you find it wrong.
    Mon: Shoulder + neck
    Tue: Chest
    WED: Aerobics + abs
    Thu: Back + Biceps + Forearms
    Fri: Triceps + Legs
    Sat: Aerobics + abs
    Sun: off

    i would not call it over training but i would say that you are not training your triceps optimally.

    Try it this way ->
    shoulder, neck
    aerobics, abs
    chest, triceps
    aerobics, abs
    back, biceps, forearms
    aerobics, abs
    sunday - off

    Nowadays my legs are very tired after the workout. Even after 2 days of rest, i still feel weak in my legs. I train 3 times a week ..sometimes 4. Im not sure where am I going wrong.

    Generally you might need at least 3-4 days rest for your legs to recover and it may be even more if you have a good pair of legs

    i am lean so i started eating a lot and in the process i only gained a huge belly without gaining much weight ...
    is there a way to make the belly flat again without reducing my weight further, coz im already lean


    also is there a way to reduce the Butt size

    if you are lean you wont be worried about belly size and butt reduction..


    eat 5 times a day in protein and fiber rich food and workout hard in the gym and try doing cardio thrice a week for about 45 mins each for 3 months and let me know how you look

  17. Hi murali, just have some queries regaring workouts. Ive been working out for a couple of weeks now, my aim is reduction of belly fat, as i am lean overall. I read your article on circuit training for fat loss. But what i didnt understand was, that doing workouts in quick succession, wont that have an effect on the muscles and also injury. also i wanted to ask that while following the circuit training programme you've suggested, each rep should be done asap or should be given proper time to maintain good form.

    you have misunderstood the concept of circuit training.. Each rep should be slow and you should feel the target muscle in each.. When i say quick workouts - it means no rest between sets..
    if you see if you workout one muscle the second exercise would be for another muscle.. so each muscle gets lot of rest but you are continuously working and as a result you are pushing your cardio system to max

    both of them are great supps. as they are both stimulant based, they would stop giving results after few months.. So i would use one box of xplode then one box of jack3d and repeat
