i m remodying my diet again.
dis is hw i hv planned. can u tel me whether it is good or not
morning...oatmeal vit water porridge along with a glass of skim milk
evening(b4 bed) casein protein + a glas sof skim milk
3 to 4 snacks:
one of dem is 2 grapefruits
d rest snack is gonna vary between...brown bread+peanut butter, fruits, vegetables, salads, lean meat n soups.
vit al d snack i vil hv a glass of oolong or green tea.....

Everything looks fine in the diet except the fact that you should not consume green tea in all the snacks..
Take green tea only in mornings and early afternoon.. If you take em in the evenings, it will disturb your sleep...

ReplyDeleteI was doing gym before and left 2 years back.Now my chest has become loose and looks bad in shape.Can u suggest me any exercise to reduce fat from my chest.I have joined gym again and iam only concentrating on cardio and light weight to tone up my body but the chest part is not reducing.It looks okward when i wear tshirt`s.Please suggest me some exercise to burn fat from chest.

train all bodyparts and especially your chest twice a week in order to tone up the muscles fast and stay on fat loss diet
and you should see very good improvements in three months
chest workout
inclined dumbbell press - 4x12
flat bench flys - 3x15
cable cross overs - 3x15
dummbell pull overs - 3x10

I dont use bumbells i use rod for this exercise.What u recommend should i add the exercise what you have suggested along with the current one or follow only the dumbell exercise`s.Please suggest me.

I exercise to tyoes of day 20 mins each one in the morning and the other in the evening. I am planning to buy Whey protein and have 1 scoop 4 times daily before and after exercise.
Is this diet good enough

ReplyDeleteyour current protein intake is not enough.. and going for whey is a good option..
but i would use milk and egg proteins with some complex carbs before workouts and whey only after workouts..
max 3 supplement meals if your are taking 7 meals a day

thanks, i cant eat more eggs than that as dad doesnt allow me. i will be going abroad in two months so i plan to have around 20 egg whites per day. hw would you recommened a diet to me should i include suy protein as well

So add more calories in your diet from protein and carbs so that you will gain some muscle

Regarding ECA, take once before morning walk (no more than 1 hr at a time) and take one more before your evening weight training.
EAt 5 balanced low carb meal and you will see great results

ReplyDeletePrem, you wont have any problem in working out any part of hte body if your form is correct... but still if you feel that it is painful, it is better to get your body cured completely and then start off heavy workouts...

i prepared some natural protein shake fr my daily intake....pacha paiyru,daal,chaana,soy,ill take these with a banana skimmed milk shake without ice and sugar....is dis protein ok ? nd some tyms meat nd eggs....? nd is banana has fat content high calorie ?

ReplyDeletei am 27, was an athletic and off field since 3 years busy wit my work and co related post graduate studies, meanwhile i started seeing my stomach or belly fat, so i was doing serious exercise all routine gyms works, alternate days running 10km cycling 10km rowing 1000counts swimming 50mx10laps, all i could see rest of my parts are tone up even my upper abdominal but lower abdominal i mean surround the belly button and along sides of waistline...it is so so slow being stubborn and not showing much differences in reduction and along side of the waist as well, i am not fat or obese, i am doing different sort of crunch daily- 100 count each of: seated bench leg tuck, normal crunch, lying raise leg, hanging knee raise, and i know i am doing it slowly and appropriately putting stress at abdominal muscles yet i am not seeing a big change. my diet is very simple strict vegetarian comprised of milk, yogurt, rice, bread, potato, spinach, carrot, tomato, fruit juices, banana.
my question is:
1: do you have any suggestion I am not in to six packs but just lean straight flat stomach as athletic build
2: how long it would take to build a flat or six packs(i know it varies but just a round up time frame) b'cos i have just have been started about 4 weeks and had 4 weeks break -exam and continuing back again.
being frustrated give me a hand with clues

y are doig so much of work but not burning fat...
U need to take up weight training to build some muscle all over the body.
Once u take it up, u will not only build muslce but the extra muscle will increase the metabolism..
And u will lose ur belly fat at 10% faster rate

see i have told this answer again and again - but i le say it again - spot reduction of fat is not possible. Ur abdominal fat will take its own sweet time and that is the last place from where you would lose fat.
how long did u left that fat to grow?? years of accumulation would not go away in few days, it would take few months or even an year based on how long u have accumulated the fat
So just train with weights like a normal whole body routine thrice a week,
do cardio 5-6 times a week
keep your diet on par
