  1. .i have joined a gym since last week and i go 2 gym 4 days a week. i do weight training for 50 mins, along with interval training on the treadmill using a run walk method of 30 to 50 secs for 15 reps..

    Dis is my diet, Breakfast 3 piece wholemead bread, some meat curry, skim milk vit glutamine and also 2 egg white(when avaialbe), after 2 hrs (skim milk vit glutamine and shreaded wheat biscuit), again after 2 hrs 1 grapefruit and 2 scoops whey protein, after 2 hrs again i hv low fat youghurt and 2 scoop whey again, again after 2 hrs have banana and apple. i got 2 gym at nyt. i have 2 scoops of whey after going 2 gym n have a glass of milk and glutamine after dat.

    is der nethn rong in my diet. also i have 3 glasses of oolong tea daily...

    is der nethn else i can do..or can u tel me vt is d best diet....

    bro your protein sense and carb ratios are fine..

    but being a bodybuilder does not mean that you have to concentrate on protein and carbs alone..

    You need to add some healthy fats in your diet. (you will get some from the whole milk, but throwing a yellow or two wont harm your diet.

    Moreover your diet lacks one big thing (fiber)

    If you skip fibers you will have troubles with your stomach in the long run.. So i would suggest you to add a plate of green salad in your lunch timing meal and in your bed time meal..

    had your meal before bed time meal not been your post workout meal, i would have added a plate of salad there instead of bed time meal..

    so remember to include some healthy fats and a lot of fibers in your diet bro
