Lifting belts for workouts?

Q: How to use the lifting belts. Should i use it throughout the workout?

A: It is a wise decision to use a high quality leather lifting belt to support your lower back while lifting heavy on moves like squats, deadlifts or while performing intense cheat curls and lateral raises. But when you are on your regular exercise routine which does not demand much on your lower back, allow the muscle to move freely.

I would strictly recommned exercises to strengthen the vulnerable lower back area with hyper-extensions, reverse-hypers, deadlifts etc.
