    I had been following your blog for quite some time, its really informative. I am planning to buy optimum nutrition 100 % whey in chennai. Which shop you would recommend. Coz friends of mine tell me that many shops in chennai sell duplicate supplements. Also Whats your opinion of creatine mono hydrate.

    i have started using indian brands cos i know that they dont make duplicate bro.
    I dont find originals now a days on import brands
