I am happy to post the pics of Mr.Chennai 2009 Bodybuilding contest held at ICF Chennai. Murali Vijayakumar[ME that is :)] and my trainer-Well wisher-Training Partner...So on and so forth(Murtuza Rashid) Competed in 80KG and 70 KG classes respectively.

You have really good quads, though I can't really see your calves. I LOVE the last vaccum pose. Don't see that anymore.
Good to see you post regularly, though would love to see more original content suited for us indians. Would love to meet up with you when I'm in chennai next time.
