After eight long years of waiting after turning a pro Dennis James nailed it in Tampa pro to earn his first Pro victory. The runner up Fouad Abiad was not a threat in the contest but this young pro has a very bright future to follow.

David Henry won the -202 Tampa pro for the second year in a row. Many felt that Dave is a miniature version of Ronnie Coleman in many shots. Dave displayed thickness all over his body with humongous amounts of muscle.

In Women division the fifty-three year old Betty Pariso was filled with lot of energy and passion to pick up a victory.

The top three in each class get qualified for Olympia this year.

New York Pro 2009

In an impressive pro debut Evan Centopani nailed his victory over top pros like Dennis James, Markus Ruhl, Hidetada Yamagishi and many more. The 27 year old Centopani made the crowd go crazy.
Though Markus Ruhl was looking very good three weeks out, he had lost a lot of size and conditioning in his preperation. Hide had improved a big deal and as usual he was placed low by the judges than what the crowd thought. But still the warrior keeps on bringining the package back to the stage.
In the 202 division the New york's own Kevin English nailed the victory and placed above Mrek dugdale and Dave henery.
In the women's competition Cathy LeFrancois repeated her victory here last year. Taking the runner-up spot was 53-year-old Betty Pariso, who seems to be getting more muscular year after year.

Europa Super Show 2009 - Results

After 24 pro shows, 7 years of competing, Troy finally wins his first pro show. Though everyone expected Hidetada Yamagishi to win the show, The judges felt that Troy should be awarded.

Nicole Wilkins-Lee star continued to rise in the professional figure and fitness ranks when the second-year pro notched the first win of her career.

One week after winning the New York Pro Fitness Championships for the first win of her career, Shannon Meteraud was back on top in Orlando.

Silvio Samuel wins the first pro show of the year 2009

Silvio Samuel was the hot favorite and he won the show with his very hard conditioning and ripped looks. Though the judges critiqued his blocking physique, they had no other option but to award Silvio the victory.

Moe El Moussawi looked much bigger than in Mr.Olympia 2008, but he was holding a little bit of water which gave an edge to Silvio.

Ronnie Rockel as always came in with a smile and posed his way to the top 3. He was the person with more fullness and muscle maturity than anyone else on stage.

Hidetada Yamagishi came back to the pro stage with a bang. His conditioning was spot on. The amazing thing about this competitor is that he keeps on gaining muscle even while on dieting. He is sure to do some damage to the top spots of Mr.O this year.

Officially the 2009 Pro season has begun and Silvio takes up the first Victory. A lot more of muscle mayhem to come.
