Classic 20 rep squats

In this video Lee Hayward cover the classic 20 rep squat program. Also known as "Squats and Milk" by a lot of the old time bodybuilders. This is a killer workout that will literally force your body to grow like nothing else.

  1. squat and deadlift is good for raising testosterone and IGF levels..it also good for the biceps.....sir mine biceps are not growing,i lift really heavy weights,barbell curl total 30 kgs,preacher curl total 20 kgs,i do biceps with back exercise....iam just 5 mths old in the gym...

    biceps from 12 to 13.5
    shoulders 16 to 17
    chest 39-40

    i amaze with the thigh result....from 16 to 22 inches,i cant believe it,i do heavy squats total 100kgs and iam the 3rd person who lift really heavy weight in the whole gym....
