Hey dude..... How u doing? I need some clarifications on soya chunks.....
I am a vegetarian..... I don't take eggs, too. And I do some proper workouts at home. Dumbbells' stuff, pull-ups and push-ups....
Recently, I had a look at soya chunks/ meamaker at a departmental store from different brands.
They both claimed that its protein content is 52%. Is it true? Since most people hardly look at nutritional chart, I guess it'll true. But I would love to hear about this from you.
After seeing this, I consume close to 50 gm sof soya mealmaker everyday, which I believe, will contribute at least 20 gms of protein. Of course, I also prey on nuts and dal items along with B-protein drink.
Am I doing the right thing?
With this diet, will I be able to justice to my workout?
Please throw some light on the soya mealmaker stuff....
Hey... good to hear this.... and super quick, too.....
But, do these soya chunks really pack in around 50% protein? I hear those are specially processed soya beans in chunk form to have more protein than natural soya bean....
But do they really have 50% protein content or close to it?
Hey, again, thanks a lot for this confirmation.... :-}
Now, will continue gulping down those chunks with even more passion... :-}
And I always keep tabs on ur blog and checked out the SOY article the day u posted itself... The article stands out as a clear leading light for all fitness freaks and bodybuilders... excellent job at that.....
Dude.... I am a software professional as you are one too... We always talk about constant and regular/frequent supply of proteins to our bodies....say 30gms every 3-4 hours through 4-6 meals.....
When we are at home, we can at least have access to proteins, but when at office, how do we ensure we supply the required amount of proteins?
1. How do you manage it? 2. And it'll be wonderful if you can give us a list of an example diet which we can stick to, so that we can continue doing justice to our workouts and physiques....
Hi bro..... Even since you tol, I tried to catch hold of some skimmed milk powder. Searched for it at many places and at last, grabbed an AMUL product. It had 35% protein content. Was quite cheap as well.
But it was difficult acquiring it. Most shops do not have it.
Which places can drop into to have a look at variety of skimmed milk brands? What are the other brands of skimmed milk powder?
Would be wonderful if you can provide us these info....
