Q: Which is better for losing more weight, Morning exercise or evening exercise?
Biglee:
A calorie burned is a calorie burned, whether it's burned in the morning or at night. However the most important thing is choosing a workout time that you can really stick with. If your mornings are already crammed up with dashing off to the office, a more realistic plan may be to exercise in the evnings or even after your dinner.
Just keep this in mind, if you want to torch fat, you will need at least 40-45 minutes of moderate or high intensity exercises 4-5 days a week, no matter what time of the day you decide to do it.

New York Pro 2009
In an impressive pro debut Evan Centopani nailed his victory over top pros like Dennis James, Markus Ruhl, Hidetada Yamagishi and many more. The 27 year old Centopani made the crowd go crazy.
Though Markus Ruhl was looking very good three weeks out, he had lost a lot of size and conditioning in his preperation. Hide had improved a big deal and as usual he was placed low by the judges than what the crowd thought. But still the warrior keeps on bringining the package back to the stage.
In the 202 division the New york's own Kevin English nailed the victory and placed above Mrek dugdale and Dave henery.
In the women's competition Cathy LeFrancois repeated her victory here last year. Taking the runner-up spot was 53-year-old Betty Pariso, who seems to be getting more muscular year after year.

Hyper Growth Muscle Mass Training by Doberman Dan
For long i have been searching for a good book on bodybuilding which could solve my doubts. A book which is filled with only the required information and not much of crap which could bore me down to tears. I have been revolving around the World Wide Web for that. It was Few days ago when i started watching criticalbench.com. And from there i found out what i want. Yes i found out Hyper Growth Muscle Mass Training by Doberman Dan
So what is the book about?
The book in short is about Bodybuilding. Not just bodybuilding but targeted bodybuilding where the author teaches you each and every single factor which could lead to OPTIMAL muscle growth. Each and every aspect of training, muscle growth, nutrition, rest, recovery is explained in such a simple manner that even a kid could understand about bodybuilding.
The author after explaining all the basics explains two main areas which made me speechless. The author explains about
- How Many Days Per Week?
- How To Group Body Parts
- When To Increase Resistance
- Shocking A Muscle
- And many more including exercise descriptions and images of powerlifters demonstrating the same.
- body type diet
- Meal plan guidelines
- Supplementation guidelines and some tricks of the trade to make the best out of your supplements
- Recipes for nutritional meals
- Fat loss secrets
- and a lot more....
And one more thing which really gave me a very good feeling was the photos inside the book. All the photos in the book were of those of natural bodybuilders and powerlifters.
Many book sellers just put in unrealistic claims and photos to sell their products, but there were no such false claims or BS in the ads. The ads were plain and simple, if you want to know about the muscle gain secrets - buy them.
To add spice to this wonderful book, you get them with a lot of free bonus books and offers.
Rush for your copies at - http://www.hypermusclegrowth.
note: i got this book and read the entire book in a single nite. The book is interesting as well as informative...

Warning on Hydroxycut Products
Serious Health Risks
Recalled Products
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning consumers to immediately stop using Hydroxycut products by Iovate Health Sciences Inc., of Oakville, Ontario and distributed by Iovate Health Sciences USA Inc. of Blasdell, N.Y. Some Hydroxycut products are associated with a number of serious liver injuries. Iovate has agreed to recall Hydroxycut products from the market.
Hydroxycut products are dietary supplements that are marketed for weight loss, as fat burners, as energy-enhancers, as low carb diet aids, and for water loss under the Iovate and MuscleTech brand names.
Serious Health Risks
FDA has received 23 reports of serious health problems ranging from jaundice and elevated liver enzymes, an indicator of potential liver injury, to liver damage requiring liver transplant. One death due to liver failure has been reported to the FDA.
Liver injury, although rare, was reported by patients at the doses of Hydroxycut recommended on the bottle. Symptoms of liver injury include jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes) and brown urine. Other symptoms include nausea, vomiting, light-colored stools, excessive fatigue, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, itching, and loss of appetite.
Other health problems reported include seizures; cardiovascular disorders; and rhabdomyolysis, a type of muscle damage that can lead to other serious health problems such as kidney failure.
FDA urges consumers to stop using Hydroxycut products in order to avoid any undue risk, says Linda Katz, M.D., interim chief medical officer of FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. "Adverse events are rare, but exist," Katz says. "Consumers should consult a physician or other health care professional if they are experiencing symptoms possibly associated with these products.
Recalled Products
The list of products being recalled by Iovate currently includes:
Hydroxycut Regular Rapid Release Caplets
Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Rapid Release Caplets
Hydroxycut Hardcore Liquid Caplets
Hydroxycut Max Liquid Caplets
Hydroxycut Regular Drink Packets
Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Drink Packets
Hydroxycut Hardcore Drink Packets (Ignition Stix)
Hydroxycut Max Drink Packets
Hydroxycut Liquid Shots
Hydroxycut Hardcore RTDs (Ready-to-Drink)
Hydroxycut Max Aqua Shed
Hydroxycut 24
Hydroxycut Carb Control
Hydroxycut Natural
Although FDA has not received reports of serious liver-related adverse reactions for all Hydroxycut products, Iovate has agreed to recall all the products listed above. Hydroxycut Cleanse and Hoodia products are not affected by the recall.
Consumers who have these products are advised to stop using them and to return them to the place of purchase. The agency has not yet determined which ingredients, dosages, or other health-related factors may be associated with risks related to these Hydroxycut products. The products contain a variety of ingredients and herbal extracts.
Health care professionals and consumers are encouraged to report serious adverse events (side effects) or product quality problems with the use of these products to FDA's MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program online, by regular mail, fax or phone.
