Hey..... This guy looks impresive, man..... and the striations in his pec all the more special...
I have a doubt here, bro....
If I am not wrong, in the last 2 pics of this article, this guy does a pullover, which supposedly hits the pec, especially the rib cage..... correct me if I am wrong...
Even Arnold, many a time, has advocated taking to doing pullovers for it'll improve the ribcage....
And when he says ribcage, what exactly does he mean? I am familiar with various parts of the pecs - upper, lower, outer, inner, serratus, but I am unable to visualise rib cage development..... is it increasing the area of your pecs or width or thickness etc...
It'll be wonderful if u could throw some light on pullover and ribcage....

Thanks a lot, dude...
Rodeobiker,
ReplyDeleteIt is a kind of pull over flys.. It hits the chest as well as rib cage
rib cage development means more space to breath and look big.. That improves your look on stage
cheers
And hey... thanks for this, dude....
ReplyDeleteI take ribcage as the total circumference of the complete pec, then.... :-}
