    I have been searching all over the net for some useful resorces on body building and exercise, but was not able to get any good results. Yesterday through orkut i found this blog link and felt that the topics are quite nice and informative as it comes from an Indian body builder himself.
    I am 21 now, height is around 5.9 and weigh 60-62. I am lean my arms dont look bulky..I want to increase my weight and add muscles to my arms. I also have another problem my chest looks soft and loose, bcz of which i feel bad sometimes.Plz suggest me some some remedies so that i can gain mass.And also i am not able to go to gym, so suggest some good exercises that i could do at home.I have a pair of 5 kg dumbells

    Plz have time to consider my problem and help me out..

    Thanks a lot for the complements about the blog...

    Regarding your goal of gaining weight read this one bro maximum muscle gain

    regarding your chest: your chest would have some fats and losing that would help you get it harder... but your bodyweight is low for bodybuilding and you can gain some solid muscles now

    and one more thing - 5 kgs resistance would soon become very light for you and you wont progress... so its better you start going to gym

  3. Hi Biglee....thanks a lot for replying to my query....I look forward to follow the things suggested by you.
    But at present going to gym would be difficult as there none near my area. In the meantime could u suggest me some home exercise to be done so that i dont accumulate extra fat if i start taking in more calories. Also suggest on how to lose the chest fat.
    Plz don't just provide names of the exercise , but also a short brief on how to do it....since am not familiar with a lot of exercise names

    You can just train each muscle group twice a week with basic exercises like push ups, chinns,lateral raises, squats, biceps curls, triceps extensions, crunches ets

    Do 40 mins of walking twice a week and eat healthy
